Terms & Conditions

• All course fees to be settled prior to training commencement or within 30 days of training date (applicable if account terms have been agreed with One Stop Safety Training Solutions).
• No certification or ID cards will be issued until full payment has been received.
• Delegates failing to attend is considered as a full cancellation without notice. Full course and registration fees are payable, no refunds or transfers apply.
• If our training instructor attends your premises to conduct a booked course but is unable to do so due to a lack of equipment or facilities - fees remain payable in full.
• Cancellations received in writing more than 28 days prior to the course will be refunded.
• Cancellations received in writing less than 28 days prior to the course will be charged in full or a substitute delegate can be nominated.
• Delegates are required to achieve a minimum pass mark outlined on the booking cover sheet for the specific course. No monies will be refunded in the event of a delegate failing the course.
• It is your responsibility to ensure all trainees are physically, sufficiently and mentally fit to operate plant and equipment and participate in all training activities.
• It is the responsibility of the delegate whilst under direct supervision of the training instructor to follow instructions at all times.
• All delegates must be over the age of 18 years, prior to course commencement.
• All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
• One Stop Safety Training Solutions reserve the right to alter or cancel dates and/or changes of venue without liability, we reserve the right to change course content in line with course requirements where appropriate.
