Course Information
The Level 7 Diploma in Construction Senior Management is designed for senior managers in the construction industry across various roles. Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to apply for your Black CSCS Card.
Entry Requirements
You must be working in the role of a construction senior manager in building and civil engineering, highways maintenance and repair, residential development, conservation or demolition.
Course Topics
The course consists of mandatory units to include: -
Manage teams in construction
Lead and participate in meetings in construction management
Provide ethical advice, judgement and service in construction management
Develop self and others in construction management
Followed by a selection of optional units tailored to the learner’s needs and job role.
Assessment & Exams
Evidence of performance and knowledge is required. Evidence of performance should be demonstrated by activities and outcomes, and should be generated in the workplace only, unless indicated under potential sources of evidence. Evidence of knowledge can be demonstrated though performance or by responding to questions. Evidence should show that you can meet the requirements of the units in a way that demonstrates that the standards can be achieved consistently over an appropriate period of time.
